Presentation in Absentia


The author(s) NOT from India who intend to submit their work but are unable to attend the conference in absentia may register and present their paper through SKYPE. If any author / co-authors cannot attend the conference, may choose to attend the conference by paying the registration fee and present your paper through SKYPE. You shall be sent a Certificate of Participation in Absentia, Conference Proceedings link and relevant literature by mail. 

Important Instructions

  • The deadline for registration can be seen in the important dates. 
  • It is important that at least one author per accepted paper registers on or before the deadline.
  • At least one author must register and need to attend the conference to present the paper in person or through Skype.
  • Participants/Attendees/Listeners are also invited.
  • Certificate of presentation shall be issued only if the paper is presented either in person or through SKYPE(if permitted explicitly).
  • M. Tech./B. Tech./MCA students will be considered as Full-time Students.
  • Full-time Ph. D. Scholars will be considered as Research Scholars.
  • Co-Authors (provided the main author has registered) of accepted papers will get 10% discount on base rate in the respective category.
  • IAASSE Members must mention their membership UID during regitration. Non IAASSE memebrs may mention membership UID as IAASSE2019
  • In NO case, registration fee shall be refunded.

Patna which was known as Patliputra has been a center of knowledge since long has been attracting visitors and scholars from many parts of the world such as China, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Sri Lanka, among others. This has been a land of visionaries. Some of the legends from this region include Lord Gautam Buddha, Lord Mahavir, Guru Gobind Singh, the famous astronomer Aryabhatta and the first President of India, Dr. Rajendra Prasad.
